💳 Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), PayPal, Bank Transfer.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Full payment is required upfront for most services.
    • For larger projects, milestone billing may be used.
    • Subscription plans are auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Invoice & Taxes: All invoices include detailed breakdowns, and applicable taxes (GST/VAT) are displayed clearly.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Service-Based Projects: No refunds once work has started. Partial refunds may be allowed if canceled before work begins.
  • Digital Products: No refunds after delivery or access.
  • Subscription Plans: No refunds for ongoing billing cycles. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next cycle to avoid charges.
  • Eligibility: Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
    • Service not delivered as agreed (requires verification)
    • Duplicate payments
    • Unauthorized transactions (must be reported within 7 days)
  • Refund Process:
    • Email your refund request to kj6560@gmail.com with payment proof and reason.
    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

⚠️ Disputes & Chargebacks

Please reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback. False or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension or legal consequences.
