Payment Policy
- Accepted methods include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, PayPal, and bank transfer.
- Full payment is usually required upfront. Larger projects may use milestone billing.
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- Invoices include pricing breakdown and applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
- Service-based work is generally non-refundable once work has started.
- Digital products are non-refundable after delivery or access.
- Subscription billing cycles are non-refundable once active.
- Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, or verified delivery failures.
Refund Process

- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment source.
